INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 burdock root (90g), thinly sliced
- 2 slices ginger, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 100cc water
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
PASSOS
Thinly slice the burdock root using a knife and soak in water to remove bitterness. Drain and set aside. Thinly slice the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add burdock root and stir-fry until softened.
Add ginger and all seasonings (water, sugar, mirin, sake, soy sauce, dashi powder). Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 6-7 minutes. Remove the lid and cook on medium heat for another 3 minutes while stirring to coat the ingredients with the sauce.
