INGREDIENTES
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Meat
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 🧂 2 tsp sugar
- To taste chili powder
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces (about 3cm squares).
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the pork slices.
When the pork is halfway cooked, add grated garlic and ginger, and stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked.
Add the cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until the cabbage is lightly coated with oil. Then add soy sauce and sugar, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until flavors blend.
Serve the cooked ingredients over bowls of rice and sprinkle with chili powder to taste.
