- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 stalk celery with leaves, minced
Seasonings
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1 clove grated garlic
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Remove the strings from the celery with a knife and finely mince it.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, minced celery, potato starch, salt, pepper, and grated garlic until sticky.
Divide the mixture into 10 portions and shape them into stick-like forms.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and place the shaped meat sticks. Cook over medium-low heat, rolling them to brown all sides lightly.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for about 4 minutes until fully cooked.
