    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 💧 200ml water
  • Thickener

    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 1 tbsp water

Marinate the pork with sake and soy sauce in a bowl, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
