- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 60g dried daikon radish
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
Condiments
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder

- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Soak the dried daikon radish in water, rub while washing, and squeeze out the water. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the bell peppers.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the prepared daikon, soy sauce, curry powder, and stir-fry together. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
