INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants (160g)
- 2 bell peppers (60g)
- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Sauces
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
PASSOS
Cut the pork into thirds and season with salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Prepare the vegetables: cut eggplants into chunks, bell peppers into bite-sized pieces, mince ginger and garlic.
Heat salad oil in a pan, fry the pork until browned, then add eggplants, garlic, and ginger. Cover and steam on low heat for 3 minutes.
Add bell peppers and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes. Add the sauce mixture and cook until slightly thickened.
