INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 bunch garlic chives, chopped
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
PASSOS
Chop the garlic chives finely.
In a bowl, mix ground pork, chopped garlic chives, salt, pepper, and potato starch until sticky.
Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape into hamburger patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the patties, and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, cooking on low heat for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar) to the pan and coat the patties while cooking.
