INGREDIENTES
Noodles
- 100g cooked soba noodles
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 3 green onions, cut into 5cm pieces
Toppings
- A suitable amount of shredded nori
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper for seasoning pork
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut green onions into 5cm pieces. Slice pork belly into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Remove the pork from the pan.
Wipe off excess oil from the pan, add sesame oil, and heat. Add soba noodles and water, stir-frying until the noodles are evenly coated with oil.
Add green onions and the seasoning mixture (soy sauce, salt, pepper), stir-frying until well combined. Plate the noodles, top with pork and shredded nori.
