INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
- 1 piece (100g) hanpen
Vegetables
- 🥬 70g shredded cabbage
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Mix the pork, hanpen, shredded cabbage, pizza cheese, and potato starch in a bowl until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
In a separate bowl, mix sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan with the balls and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
