INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork loin slices
Vegetables
- 250g pea sprouts
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the pea sprouts into thirds and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant.
Layer bean sprouts in the pot, add seasonings, and spread pork slices on top. Pour sake over and cover the pot. Cook over medium-low heat for 6 minutes until the pork is cooked.
Add pea sprouts on top, cover, and cook for another 2 minutes until softened.
