INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 medium potato
- 8 green beans
- 1 piece of ginger, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
PASSOS
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the potato into sticks, soak in water for 1–2 minutes, then drain.
Cut the green beans in half and julienne the ginger.
Heat half of the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the potato, and stir-fry until golden and translucent. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining salad oil, pork belly, ginger, and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Return the potato to the pan and stir-fry everything together. Season with salt and pepper, then turn off the heat and mix well.
