INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 Green onion as needed
Meat
- 70g sliced pork
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- White sesame as needed
Meat Marinade
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp potato starch
Sauce
- 1 tsp miso
- 1 tsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mirin
PASSOS
Wash the potato thoroughly and microwave at 500W for 5 minutes. Once cooled, cut into bite-sized pieces.
Massage the pork with sake and potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and cook the pork until browned. Add the potato pieces.
Mix miso, sugar, sake, and mirin well, then add to the pan. Stir to coat everything evenly. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
