INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Canned Goods
- 🌽 1/4 cup canned corn
Cheese
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- Black pepper to taste
Marinade
- 🍅 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Slice the potatoes thinly and cut the onion into thin vertical slices. Massage the pork with the marinade ingredients.
Heat salad oil in a skillet and spread the potato slices evenly across the pan, slightly overlapping. Press them down with a spatula while cooking over medium heat.
Once the potatoes become translucent, layer the onion, pork, cheese, and drained corn on top. Cover the skillet and steam-cook for 5–6 minutes.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
