INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 cabbage (300g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Cheese
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
Garnish
- 🧂 A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Cut the cabbage into wedges, keeping the core intact.
Cut the pork belly into thirds and season with salt and pepper.
Layer pork slices between cabbage leaves, ensuring they do not protrude. Prepare two portions.
Mix miso and mayonnaise in a bowl to make the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the cabbage-pork bundles in the pan and cook until browned. Flip, add 1 tbsp water, cover, and steam over low heat for 5 minutes.
Uncover, spread the miso-mayo sauce evenly on top, and sprinkle pizza cheese. Cover again and cook over low-medium heat until the cheese melts.
Serve on a plate and garnish with black pepper.
