INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍝 80g spaghetti
- 🥩 60g sliced pork belly
- 🥬 95g cabbage, 1 leaf
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Soup Base
- 💧 400ml water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSOS
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Cut the cabbage into 3cm squares.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork belly, and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add cabbage and stir-fry for about 3 minutes until softened.
Add the soup base ingredients (water, sake, mirin, salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken stock powder) and bring to a boil. Break spaghetti in half and add to the pot. Cover and simmer over low-medium heat for 2 minutes longer than the package instructions.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
