INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 300g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 green onions (200g)
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Broth
- 400cc water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
PASSOS
Cut the green onions into 4cm pieces and trim the roots.
Slice the pork belly into 1cm thick pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add pork belly, and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides. Remove excess fat and set aside.
In the same pan, add green onions and cook over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In a pot, combine broth ingredients and the cooked pork belly. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the charred green onions to the pot, cover, and simmer for an additional 1–2 minutes.
