INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 head lettuce (200g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 500ml water
PASSOS
Remove the core of the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and finely chop.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) to a pot and heat until boiling. Add the pork belly and simmer over medium heat, skimming off any foam. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the lettuce and mix, cooking briefly until wilted.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then pour over the hot pot.
