INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1 handful of chives, cut into 5cm pieces
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Meat
- 300g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- A dash of black pepper
Dressing
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
PASSOS
Wash the chives thoroughly and cut them into 5cm pieces.
Thinly slice 1/4 onion and soak in cold water to remove the sharp taste.
Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork belly slices. Season with 2 pinches of salt and a dash of black pepper.
Arrange the chives, onion, and cooked pork belly on a serving plate.
Prepare the oriental dressing by mixing 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp vinegar, and 1 tbsp sesame oil.
Drizzle the dressing evenly over the salad and serve.
