INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 300g pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 handful green onion
- 2 green chili peppers
- 🥬 1 cup kimchi
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
PASSOS
Heat oil in a pot and sauté a handful of green onion until fragrant.
Add pork shoulder and stir-fry until browned.
Season with black pepper, chili powder, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry over medium heat.
Add 1 cup of kimchi and continue stir-frying until the kimchi is softened.
Add sliced onion and stir-fry until softened.
Pour 300ml of water into the pot and bring to a simmer.
Add minced garlic and sliced green chili peppers for extra spice.
Simmer for 10 minutes or until the stew thickens to your liking.
Optional: Add tofu for extra texture and flavor.
Serve hot with rice and garnish with seaweed flakes and a fried egg.
