INGREDIENTES

- 150g pork liver
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1 bunch garlic chives
Preparation
- 🥛 sufficient amount of milk
- 50g cornstarch
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
Cooking Oils
- 3 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Cut the pork liver into bite-sized pieces and soak in milk for 15–20 minutes to remove odor. Rinse with water and pat dry.
Mix the marinade ingredients (sake, soy sauce, grated ginger) in a bowl. Add the pork liver and coat evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut the garlic chives into 4cm pieces and prepare the bean sprouts.
Mix the stir-fry sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Coat the marinated pork liver with cornstarch evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the pork liver until golden brown. Remove excess oil with a paper towel.
Add sesame oil to the same pan and heat. Stir-fry the pork liver with the prepared sauce, then add bean sprouts and garlic chives. Season with salt and pepper and stir-fry until well combined.
