- 8 slices pork loin (80g)

- 🧀 30g pizza cheese

- 2 bell peppers
- 🥔 1 potato (150g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

- Flour as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Cut the bell peppers into thin strips after removing stems and seeds. Peel and cut the potato into thin strips, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Microwave the potato in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 4 minutes at 600W, then let cool.
Lay a slice of pork loin vertically, season with 1/8 tsp salt, a pinch of pepper, and spread 1/8 tsp grated garlic. Dust both sides of the pork with flour and place bell pepper, potato, and cheese (1/8 portion each) on the bottom half. Roll tightly. Repeat for all 8 rolls.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned on all sides.
Cover the pan and steam-cook the rolls over low heat for 2–3 minutes until the pork is fully cooked.
