INGREDIENTES

- 150g pork loin slices
Vegetables
- 1/2 head lettuce (100g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 packet (4g) bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu pepper
PASSOS
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add the lettuce, and blanch briefly. Cool in cold water and drain. In the same pot, add sake and cook the pork slices one by one until their color changes. Drain and let cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the seasonings (ponzu sauce and yuzu pepper) in a bowl. Add the pork and lettuce, and toss to combine. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with bonito flakes.
