INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 🥬 6 leaves of lettuce
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Mayonnaise to taste
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 💧 1 tbsp water
PASSOS
Cut the pork loin into 1.5cm wide strips.
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and cut the carrot into thin strips.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, gochujang, water) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add pork and garlic, and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the pork changes color.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Combine the lettuce, carrot, and cooked pork mixture in a bowl. Serve on a plate and optionally top with mayonnaise.
