- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp wasabi
PASSOS
Cut the pork loin slices in half and place them in a bowl. Add sake and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mayonnaise, and wasabi) in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread the pork slices in the pan and cook until both sides are browned.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir-fry quickly to combine.
