INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 1 myoga
- 5 shiso leaves
- 🥬 100g lettuce
- 🍅 1 tomato
Dressing
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
PASSOS
Boil water and cook the pork loin slices until tender. Drain and set aside.
Slice cucumber, myoga, shiso leaves, lettuce, and tomato into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the dressing by mixing vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and white sesame seeds in a bowl.
Combine the vegetables and pork slices in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over and toss gently.
