INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced thinly
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 1/2 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp wasabi
PASSOS
Slice the onion into thin 5mm slices and mix the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the onion to the pan and stir-fry until translucent.
Add the mixed seasonings (☆) and stir-fry until evenly coated.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
