INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 50g minced onion
- 5 shiso leaves
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Meat Mixture
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp potato starch
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
PASSOS
Finely mince the onion and cut the shiso leaves into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix ground pork with the seasoning ingredients until sticky. Add minced onion and mix further. Divide into 6 portions and shape into oval patties about 1cm thick.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, then steam on low heat for 3–4 minutes.
Push the patties to one side of the pan and wipe off excess oil. Add the sauce ingredients to the empty space and mix. Cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and coats the patties.
Plate the patties and garnish with shiso leaves.
