INGREDIENTES

- 1 bamboo shoot (240g)
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Seasoning
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
Garnish
- 🧅 Chopped green onion as needed
PASSOS
Cut the bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces.
Wrap the bamboo shoot pieces with pork slices and coat with potato starch.
Place the wrapped bamboo shoots seam-side down in a frying pan and cook, flipping occasionally, until the pork changes color.
Add sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar to the pan, then coat the bamboo shoots evenly with the sauce.
Plate the bamboo shoots and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
