- 🧀 30g Gorgonzola cheese
Baking
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (20x20cm)
Condiments
- 🍯 Honey as needed
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 tsp olive oil
PASSOS
Thinly slice the potato into 2-3mm slices, soak in water, and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Place the frozen puff pastry sheet on a baking sheet, trim the four corners, and roll it out to 2-3mm thickness.
Arrange the potato slices on the pastry, leaving a 4cm border. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle half the Gorgonzola cheese, drizzle olive oil, and fold the edges inward to create pleats.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Add the remaining Gorgonzola cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Drizzle with honey before serving.
