INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 medium potatoes (400g)
- 🥒 1 zucchini
- 🧅 1/4 cup minced onion
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Meat
- 120g ground beef and pork mix
Spices and Seasoning
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
Liquids
- 💧 3/4 cup water
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the salad oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
Add the potatoes, zucchini, curry powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour in the water, cover the pan, and let it simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Once the potatoes are tender and the water has mostly evaporated, remove the lid and stir well.
Serve hot as a main dish or with rice or bread.
