INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Black pepper to taste
- A pinch of regular pepper
Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
PASSOS
Cut broccoli into small florets. Slice potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Place potatoes and broccoli in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add potatoes and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.
Add broccoli, mayonnaise, grated garlic, and regular pepper. Stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until well combined. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
