INGREDIENTES

- 🥔 2 small potatoes
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🧀 a small amount of mozzarella cheese
- 🧀 1 slice of cheese
Seasoning
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Slice the potatoes into 0.2cm thick rounds.
Slice the onion and sauté in a heated pan with oil.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Rinse the potato slices multiple times and pan-fry them in heated oil until golden brown on both sides.
Spread the sautéed onions evenly in the pan and pour 1/3 of the egg mixture over them.
Place the fried potato slices on top, pour the remaining egg mixture, cover with a lid, and cook on low heat until set.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and place the slice of cheese on top as the omelette finishes cooking.
