    • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Julienne the potato and soak it in water to remove excess starch. Drain well. Julienne the carrot and bell pepper.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and carrot, and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes. Then add the bell pepper and stir-fry for another 2–3 minutes.

Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and cook until the vegetables are well coated. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
