- 🥔 400g potato salad
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Coating
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 🍞 20g breadcrumbs
Cooking
- Enough salad oil for deep frying
- 3 tbsp medium-thick sauce
PASSOS
Mix potato salad and shredded pizza cheese in a bowl, divide into 4 portions, and shape into balls.
Coat each ball with all-purpose flour, dip into beaten egg, and cover with breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot and deep-fry the coated balls for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with medium-thick sauce.
