INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), sliced into 1cm rounds
- 🧅 1/3 scallion, finely chopped
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
PASSOS
Slice the potato into 1cm rounds and soak in water. Drain and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
Mix the scallion, sugar, mirin, and miso in a bowl to create the scallion miso glaze.
Place the potato slices on a foil-lined toaster tray. Spread the scallion miso glaze on top and toast for 2 minutes until golden brown.
