INGREDIENTES
Protein
- 🍗 600g chicken wings
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 🍄 8 mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
Sauce
- 🍅 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 80ml red wine
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1 bay leaf
PASSOS
Cut the onion into wedges and mince the garlic.
Pat the chicken wings dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pressure cooker, then add chicken wings and sear until browned.
Add onion, mushrooms, and all sauce ingredients. Mix well, flatten the mixture, and pressure cook on low heat for 5 minutes after pressure builds.
Let the pressure release naturally, then serve and garnish with parsley.
