    • 🧀 18g cream cheese
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🍯 1 tsp honey
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper

Peel and dice the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes until soft. Drain and season with salt.

Chop the mixed nuts roughly and dice the ham into 1cm squares.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth. Add the remaining cream sauce ingredients and mix until combined.

Add the cream sauce to the pumpkin, mix well, then add the nuts and ham. Combine thoroughly.
