- 🎃 100g pumpkin, seeds removed
Dairy
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
PASSOS
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces after removing the seeds and pulp. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Mash the pumpkin with the skin.
While the pumpkin is still hot, add butter and milk. Mix until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the pumpkin mixture in plastic wrap, twist the ends to shape it into a ball.
