- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt

- 💧 200ml water

Remove seeds and pulp from the pumpkin, then cut into 3-4cm cubes.

Place the pumpkin cubes skin-side down in a pot. Add consommé, salt, and water. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes until the pumpkin softens.
