INGREDIENTES

- 🎃 300g pumpkin, seeds removed
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Condiments
- 🥫 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
PASSOS
Cut the pumpkin into 2cm cubes.
Slice the bacon into 1cm strips.
Place pumpkin and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Add bacon and microwave for another minute.
Mix the cooked pumpkin and bacon with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
