INGREDIENTES

- 🥩 500g frozen pork belly slices
Noodles
- 🍜 2 packs udon noodles
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
- 🧅 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 handfuls bean sprouts
Seasonings
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tbsp syrup or sugar substitute
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 5 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black pepper
PASSOS
Prepare the pork belly slices by marinating them in mirin for a few minutes to remove odor.
Mix the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, syrup, oyster sauce, sesame seeds.
Slice the onion and green onions, and wash the bean sprouts.
Heat a pan, add sesame oil, and sauté minced garlic and green onions to create a fragrant base.
Add the marinated pork belly slices and stir-fry on medium heat. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
Boil the udon noodles briefly to loosen them, then drain.
Add the sauce mixture, sliced onion, and bean sprouts to the pan with the pork. Stir-fry until well combined.
Add the udon noodles and stir-fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes until the sauce coats everything evenly.
