INGREDIENTES
Main
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
- 🌱 5 radishes
- 🥒 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Lemon Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Remove the tendon from the chicken tenders. Place them in a heatproof container, add sake and a pinch of salt, and let sit for 5 minutes. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes until cooked through. Once cooled, shred into bite-sized pieces.
Quarter the radishes and finely chop their leaves. Slice the yellow bell pepper into 1cm strips.
Mix the lemon sauce ingredients in a bowl. Add the shredded chicken, prepared vegetables, and cucumber slices. Toss well to combine.
