INGREDIENTES
Vegetables
- 1/4 radish, grated
- 1 red chili, sliced

- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 2 pinches of salt
- A small amount of cooking oil
PASSOS
Grate 1/4 radish and remove excess water using a strainer.
Place the drained radish in a bowl.
Add 1/2 tbsp potato starch and 2 pinches of salt to the radish and mix well.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and shape the mixture into round pancakes.
Place sliced red chili on top of each pancake for garnish and cook until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
