Dressing
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧄 Pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
PASSOS
Lightly sear the salmon on both sides in a pan with olive oil, keeping the center rare.
