INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 1 handful glass noodles
- 5 perilla leaves
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- Spam as desired
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- A small amount of sesame oil
- Curry powder to taste
- A small amount of black pepper
PASSOS
Soak a handful of glass noodles in water for 10–15 minutes.
Cut the Spam into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and cook the Spam over low heat until lightly browned.
Remove the cooked Spam and set aside. Clean the pan with a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Boil the soaked glass noodles over medium heat until cooked.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, corn syrup, minced garlic, sugar, sesame oil, curry powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the pan with the Spam. Pour in the sauce and 1 cup of water, then stir-fry over low heat.
Add the perilla leaves and stir-fry briefly.
Serve the cooked rice in a wide bowl and place the stir-fried noodles and Spam mixture on top.
