INGREDIENTES

- 🍗 150g ground chicken
Vegetable
- 100g chopped lotus root
Processed Food
- 1 piece hanpen (100g)
- 🌽 3 tbsp canned corn
Condiments
- 🍅 ketchup as needed
- salad oil as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- pepper to taste

Chop the lotus root into coarse pieces.

In a bowl, mix ground chicken and hanpen thoroughly. Add chopped lotus root and seasoning ingredients (☆), then mix well. Shape into bite-sized balls.

Heat salad oil in a pot to 180°C. Fry the balls until golden brown. Serve with ketchup if desired.
