INGREDIENTES
Meat
- 🥩 8 slices pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 150g shredded cabbage
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 200g canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 💧 150ml water
PASSOS
Place 2 slices of pork belly slightly overlapping, sprinkle with cornstarch. Add 1/4 of the shredded cabbage to one end of the pork and tightly roll it up, shaping it to secure the meat. Repeat to make 4 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned, then turn to cook all sides.
Add the tomato sauce ingredients (canned tomatoes, sake, sugar, salt, consomme, and water) to the pan and mix. Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Serve the rolls on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
