Tofu
- 🧈 150g silken tofu
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Sweetener
- 🧂 60g sugar
Flour
- 🍞 40g cake flour
Flavoring
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
PASSOS
Place cream cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth.
Add silken tofu and mix until smooth.
Crack in the eggs and mix well.
Add sugar and cake flour, then mix until combined.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Pour the batter into a rice cooker and cook as usual.
Remove the inner pot from the rice cooker, let it cool, then refrigerate the cake.
