INGREDIENTES
Main Ingredients
- 500g sundae (Korean blood sausage)
- 6-7 sheets rice paper
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 0.5 tbsp minced garlic (optional)
- Adequate amount of sesame seeds
PASSOS
Boil the sundae in hot water for 10 minutes to soften it.
Prepare the sauce by mixing ketchup, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic (optional), and sesame seeds.
Slice the boiled sundae into 6-7 evenly sized pieces.
Soften rice paper in lukewarm water until pliable.
Wrap each sundae piece with rice paper, folding the sides first and then rolling tightly.
Insert skewers into the wrapped sundae pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and fry the skewers on medium heat until golden brown on all sides.
Brush the prepared sauce evenly over the fried skewers.
