INGREDIENTES
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (400g)
Meat
- 🐖 300g pork belly block
Egg
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (82.5g)
- 1 piece minced ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Toppings
- 🌿 Seaweed flakes, as needed
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp black syrup
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 piece star anise
PASSOS
Cut the green onion into 2cm pieces and mince the ginger.
Slice the pork belly into 1cm thick strips.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add ginger and pork, and stir-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until browned.
Add all seasoning ingredients (☆) and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add green onion and simmer for another 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and add boiled eggs, letting them sit for 10 minutes.
Serve rice in a bowl, top with pork, green onion, boiled eggs, and sprinkle seaweed flakes.
